About
Approved by the Administrative Office of the Tennessee Supreme Court, Shunta L. Tidwell, J.D. provides various forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution (“ADR”) for parties. She has been in the legal profession since August of 2000. Before, during, and after law school, Shunta has focused on sharpening her legal mind in efforts to offer top tier legal services.
Shunta is a detail-oriented, performance-driven professional with experience in various sectors of law within high-profile, under-pressure organizations. Ms. Tidwell has extensive knowledge and experience in the following areas:

Prior to founding SLT MAC, Shunta was a part of the legal operations leadership team at Google Operations Center, an Alphabet company, where her primary job was to find deployable solutions to uncommon issues by discovering strategic, innovative and creative ways to manage the priorities of organization while meeting the client’s needs by working with leadership team members to plan and deploy operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel. Her legal experience ranges from various areas of civil law including, but not limited to, bankruptcy, family, personal injury, foreclosure/title, ERISA, and contract law while working at Fortune 500 companies and law firms spanning the following areas: Memphis, Tennessee; Lansing, Michigan; and Tampa, Florida.
